Adapting to University life...

As a new student at the University of South Wales, adapting to student life can sometimes be a little daunting. It's worth familiarising yourself with your schedule and taking the time to learn more about British culture. Why not join our Facebook page and get to know other students in the same position as yourself? If unsure of anything on this page, or if you haven't found the information you're looking for, don't hesitate to get in contact with the CIE team.

Feedback

We welcome any feedback from students about the Centre for International English and the courses that we teach so please feel free to tell us about a particular positive or negative aspect of your experience here by telling your Student Voice Representative. However, if you have a more serious complaint, you should take the following steps:

  • Make an appointment with your personal tutor
  • Discuss your complaint with the personal tutor, who will make a note of the details and try to solve the problem. This may mean that the tutor has to discuss the issue with other members of staff.
  • If you are still not satisfied and would like to take your complaint further, see select the  link to make a student complaint Student Complaints | University of South Wales
